1. Welcome

By using Ruby & Adelaide, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. We confirm via email once we accept. We can refuse an order if items are out of stock or addresses are unverifiable; we'll refund any payment if so.

3. Shipping

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days from our US warehouse. Delivery is 5-9 business days standard. Free shipping on orders over $59.

4. Returns

30 days from delivery, original condition. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We refund within 24 hours of receiving the return.

5. Liability

We try our best, but we're not responsible for damages beyond the price of the order. Always test new shoes indoors before extended wear.
