Shipping

How long does it take to get my order?

We prepare your order for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days. After that, the average delivery time is 6 to 10 business days within the United States. Orders placed on a Friday evening or over the weekend may take a little longer to leave our hands.

What does shipping cost?

Nothing. Standard shipping is free on every order across the United States, with no minimum.

Will I get tracking?

Yes. As soon as your order is on its way you will receive a tracking link by email.

Returns

Can I return something?

Yes. You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. Items need to come back unused and in their original packaging. Email support@rubyandadelaide.com with your order number and we will walk you through it.

When do I get my money back?

Once your return arrives and has been checked, we send you a confirmation email and the refund goes back to your original payment method.

Is anything excluded?

For hygiene reasons, underwear and lingerie cannot be returned. Damage caused by wear or misuse is not covered.

Sizing & fit

How do I find my size?

Every product page has a size guide for that specific style. Our pieces are cut for a comfortable, forgiving fit rather than a tight one.

What if I am between sizes?

Size up. Our knitwear and outerwear are designed to layer and our footwear runs slightly narrow, so the larger size is usually the more comfortable choice.

I have wide feet — will your shoes work for me?

Many of our boots and sneakers are cut with a roomier toe box and a cushioned footbed. The size guide on each product page tells you what to expect for that style.

Care

How should I care for my pieces?

Follow the care label sewn into each garment. As a rule, knitwear does best laid flat to dry, outerwear should be spot cleaned and footwear can be wiped down with a soft damp cloth.
